An agent in a good destination can build a very profitable business.

What are my (financial) responsibilities?

The agent runs his own business, and is responsible for his own portfolio of apartments and customers. But the business must always be run in the “Globexs spirit”: in the spirit of helping people. Setting up a Globexs agency comes with a one-time startup fee. However, a big part of this amount is being spent immediately by the Globexs head office in online publicity directly related to the destination. So in fact, a Globexs agent has his own business up and running at a reasonable cost. A business that can be profitable from day 1….
